The "Private Label" model is the best choice for branding products where exclusivity and uniqueness are especially important. The product will have its own original composition, so it requires product development from scratch, which in turn will require time and involvement in the customer's project.

Our technologists will evaluate the project, the possibility of its implementation and possible pitfalls according to the technological assignment.
P.S. To speed up the process, you can come to our laboratory and select the aroma, color and consistency of your future product. You can also give us your own fragrance, active components (peptides, extracts) we will add them to the samples and study them for stability and aging. Testing of samples for aging is 60 days, which corresponds to a shelf life of 2 years.

Once the product sample, packaging and marking locations have been approved, we can sign a production contract with you. ( download contract template)
Technologists will send you all the necessary information for the label (GS1 barcode, mandatory icons for cosmetic products, INCI composition), and will also consult you on the selection of the optimal size and material of the label for the bottle you have chosen. We do not print the label ourselves, printing houses do this.
If we have all the components, we will manufacture the product within ten working days.
At the very beginning of packaging, we will send you photos of the very first released products from the batch. We will check the key parameters of the product, tightness and squeezing out of the bottle at the beginning, middle and end of the batch. Therefore, we will select 3 units of products as arbitration samples.
Upon completion of all work, we will contact you to ship the batch. We ship all products on pallets, the process of acceptance and shipment is specified in the contract.
Of the additional expenses, it will be necessary to make a Declaration of Conformity. The minimum cost of the declaration for 5 years is 15,000 rubles, validity period is 5 years. The declaration can include up to 5 identical product names, i.e. 5 different shampoos or 5 different balms. If the types of products are different, then a declaration will need to be made for each type. If you have 3 shampoos, 2 balms and 1 hair mask, this is 3 declarations.
P.S. We have a limited amount of our own packaging that we can offer. We recommend that you look at the packaging options from our suppliers, use the file "List of component suppliers". All the packaging you select will be tested for product tightness inside and its squeezing out of the bottle. You can see the current list of packaging that can be taken from our warehouse by downloading the file "Packaging in stock at production". We can purchase bottles ourselves, or work on a tolling scheme. When we purchase bottles, the minimum batch will depend on the minimum batch of the bottle supplier. Usually, manufacturers make minimum batches of 5,000 units when painting and decorating bottles. If the packaging comes to us from you on a tolling scheme, then we are not tied to the minimum batch for packaging. In addition, we can take your packaging for free storage in our warehouse with at least one order for a batch of finished products per quarter.
